Tenants trouble series in Mozambique!!

When you start Mozambique life,you will meet some tenants trouble.
There are some orners in Maputo.
Some people is good, some time too bad.

You must check everything if you start to live in new apartment.
This time I would like to introduce key problem.

Previous resident forget to give back the key to orner, therefore orener doesn't have spare key.....

If you lost the key,you must break the door and bring new door by yourselve.
Orner never pay the money 95%.

So if you scared about key, please ask us.
If you ask us,we will do service 2000%.
